1-1/2 cup marinara sauce 1/2 cup thinly sliced onions 1/4 cup tomato paste 1/4 cup red or white wine 1/2 tsp each rosemary and kosher salt 1-1/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken pieces 8 oz.mushrooms, cut in half or sliced or quartered Mix marinara sauce,onion,tomate paste, wine, rosemary and salt in a large slow cooker. Add chicken and mushrooms. Toss tomix and coat. Cover and cook 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 hours on high or 5 to 8 hours on low until chicken and onions are tender. Remove to serving platter.
