1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 rsp. ground Allspice 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper 1/4 cup+1 rbsp brown sugar 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger 2-1/2 lbs pork shoulder and cut in 2" pieces 1 cup white rice 1/4 cup rice vinegar salt and pepper 1 sweet onion thinly sliced 1 cucumber thinly sliced In crock pot combine soy sauce, allspice, red pepper, 1/4 c. brown sugar and sliced ginger. Add pork and toss to coat. Cook and cover until tender for 7-8 hrs. on low. Serve with pork spooned over white rice and with a side of the cuucumber salad Mix vinegar, brown sugar, salt & pepper for dressing for salad.
