Sorghum Biscuits

Gluten Free, very easy to make.


1 cup Bob's Red Mill sweet white sorghum flour 1 cup brown rice flour 2 tbsp flax meal 1 tbsp baking powder 1 tsp xanthan gum 1/2 tsp cream of tartar 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp corriander, ground, or perhaps cinnamon, or? 1/2 cup milk 1/3 cup water 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp honey 1 egg A Pre-heat oven to 450. 1. Mix all dry ingredients. 2. Mix all wet ingredients and heat to room temperature if necessary. 3. Mix wet with dry. 4. Using a 1/3 cup measure and table knife, measure 1/3 cup biscuit, and divide that in half and place on a lightly oiled cookie sheet. 5. Bake for 10-12 minutes. 6. Place on cooling rack.
