This makes a lot of granola. Serving size: 3/4 cup Calories per serving: 383; Fat: 11.3 g.; Carbs: 62.6 g.; Protein: 12.5 g.

15 cups oats, old fashioned 1 cup sunflower seeds 1 cup coconut, shredded 3 Tbsp cinnamon 1 cup almond butter 1 cup honey 1 cup apple juice or water 1 cup raisins 1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a large bowl, mix together dry ingredients. 3. In a saucepan, over low heat, mix together the wet ingredients. Turn off heat when it starts to mix. 4. Add wet to dry and mix. 5. Pour 1/3 of wet mixture onto a flat cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes. 6. Remove, turn over granola and place in oven again, bake for 8 minutes. 7. Remove, turn over granola and place in oven a third time and bake for 4 minutes. 8. Pour cooked granola into another large bowl to cool. 9. Take half of remaining wet mixture, pour onto flat cookie sheet and bake for 12, 8, and 4 minutes, turning in between. 10. Take last 1/3 of wet mixture and do the same as above. 11. As it is cooling, add raisins.
