3 (15 oz.) cans black beans, drained 1 jalapeno peppers,seeded and finely chopped 1 (15 oz.) can seasoned diced tomatoes, undrained 1 (12 oz. jars Mexican salsa 1 ib. medium shrimp, peeled 1/2 c.shredded cheddar sheese Place all ingredients except shrimp and cheese in the slow cooker. Cook on high for 2-3 hours or longer. An hour before serving, stir in shrimp and allow to cook until shrimp curl and turn pink. Serve with shredded sheese on top of each bowl.
