Makes 1 9" Vegetable Quiche. Note that the nutritional facts also include the crust.

Ingredients 5 cups raw chard, chopped and then steamed down to 1.5 cups 4 green onions, sliced 1 roma tomato, sliced 2 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded to 1 cup 3 eggs 1 1/2 cups milk 1 dash salt and pepper Directions 1. Make crust. 2. Preheat oven to 350. 3. Slice onions 4. Slice tomato 5. Shred cheese 6. Mix eggs and milk, add onions and 3/4 cup of the cheese to this. 7. Put cooked greens in pie crust and cover with egg mixture. 8. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove and top with cheese. 9. Bake another 10 minutes. 10. Let cool before serving.
