Granola Bars

Healthy and fresh granola bars. Great for school lunches, gluten and peanut free.

Ingredients (Makes 16 servings) 1 cup sunflower seeds 1/4 cup cocoa 1/2 cup coconut, shredded 1 1/2 cups oats 1 cup raisins 1 1/2 cups brown rice flour 1/3 cup honey 1/4 cup molasses 1/4 cup tahini, sesame butter 1/4 cup water Directions 1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a food processor, chop sunflower seeds until they form a coarse meal. Pour into medium mixing bowl. 3. Stir cocoa and coconut into sunflower seeds. 4. Put oats and raisins in food processor and chop about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add to other dry ingredients in bowl. 5. Put flour into food processor and add all wet ingredients. Blend until well mixed. 6. Put half the dry ingredients into food processor and blend. Repeat this process until all ingredients are mixed. 7. Place mixture in a 9x13 baking pan and roll flat. 8. Cut into 16 bars, and place bars on cookie sheet. 9. Bake 18 minutes. 10. When done, cool on cooling racks.
