This is a recipe we've enjoyed for years. Note that the nutritional information includes the pie crust, and instructions for that are on another recipe page.

Ingredients (Makes 8 servings) 2/3 cup Milk 2 Eggs 2 cups Pumpkin puree 1/2 cup Honey 1 tsp Cinnamon 1/2 tsp Ginger Directions 1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. 2. Blend together the milk, eggs, pumpkin, and honey. Then mix in the cinnamon and ginger. 3. Pour into 9" - 10" pie crust. 4. Bake 15 minutes at 425, then reduce heat to 350 and bake another 30- 45 minutes, until the center is set. 5. Cool for 2 hours, overnight is best, and enjoy!
