A Fennel Bulb, trimmed and cut lengthways A Lemon Olive Oil Salt Heat the oven to 200C/425F. Put the fennel in a baking tray. Squeeze the lemon over the fennel, sprinkle with olive oil and salt and bake for 35 minutes or until it's tender, browning and smells deliciously of lemony fennel.
