2 tbsp Butter 1/2 cup Brown Rice Flour (or whole wheat flour) 1/4 tsp Cinnamon 1/2 cup Milk 3 Eggs Directions 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 2. Using an 9 inch pie plate, put butter in and melt it. Don't let it burn. 3. While it's melting, mix the dry ingredients together. 4. Then add the milk and eggs to the dry ingredients. 5. Once butter has melted, pour mixture into pan and place in oven. 6. Bake for 15-20 minutes. 7. Remove and serve with some lemon juice, syrup or other sweetener. 8. Optional: *add about 1 apple, chopped, to batter before cooking. *sprinkle the juice of 1/2 lemon over pancake before serving.
