Given to me by chef at Key West Restaurant

recipe:

1/2 cup slivered almonds 4 ounces Gorgonzola Cheese 4 Tab. Butter Toast Almonds - chop fine. Add Butter and cheese till they stick together. Roll in plastic. Refrigerate. Cut off slices and place on top of steak immediately before serving.
