1 lb. cole slaw mix, 1 cup slivered almonds, 1 cup sunflower seeds, 1 bunch green onions (chopped), 2 cups chopped broccoli, 1/3 cup vinegar, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 cup oil, 2 pkg Ramen noodles with seasoning ( any flavor) In a large bowl combine cole slaw, almonds, sunflower seeds, onions and broccoli. Set aside. In a small bowl combine oil, vinegar, sugar and seasoning from the Ramen noodles. Pour over salad and toss. Chill for several hours or over night. When ready to serve, crunch the noodles and put in salad and toss. I use chicken flavor Ramen noodles.
