Potato Buds (enough for 10-12 servings), 8 oz cream cheese, 1 small pkg french onion dip. Mix potatoes according to package directions leaving out 1/3 cup milk. again serving for 10-12. Beat cheese until smooth- add dip. Add to potatoes. Dot with butter and bake 350 for 1/2 hour.
