This is a low cholesterol recipe, and you can use boneless, chicken, or chicken pieces.
1 cup of flour 1tsp of dry mustard 4 tbsp of paprika 2 tbsp of salt 1 tsp of pepper 1 tsp of nutmeg Combine the above in a bag, and mix well. Remove skin from chicken pieces, and shake each in bag, until well coated. Melt 2 tbsp of marjarine in a baking dish, or cookie sheet. Put chicken pieces in, and bake at 350 for 50 minutes, turning once.
