This recipie calls for 2 slices of whole grain bread. I used a whole wheat pizza crust and baked it first and than pilled the rest on top it was great.
1/2 Cup low fat ricotta cheese 1 tsp olive oil 16 cherry tomatoes, halved 1/2 tsp fresh garlic, minced 1/2 tsp thyme 1/2 tsp basal sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste 2 tbsp Parmessan cheese, shredded Instructions Make pizza crust as directed and put in oven and bake In a small skillet heat oil and saute tomatoes, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper to taste until tomatoes soften about 5 min or less Top pizza crust with ricotta cheese, and tomato mixture sprinkle with parmesan cheese and basal. Nutrients per slice Cal 150, Total Fat 6g. Sat Fat 1.5g, Carbs 16g, Fiber 3 g, Sugar 4 g, Sodium 310mg, Cholesterol 5mg very good anti oxident :)
