1 can drained English Peas 1 can drained Asparagus 1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup 1 can sliced water chestnuts Arrange in layers. Top with lots of grated cheese Combine bread crumbs with oleo. Put on top Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
