recipe:
2 cups flour 2 cups sugar 2 t. soda 1 t. salt 2 t. cinnamon 1 t. ginger 4 eggs, beaten 1 cup oil 3 cups grated carrots 1 cup chop walnuts 2 t. vanilla raisins (optional, and preferred) Mix all cake ingred. and bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes in 9 x 13 cake pan. Frost with cream cheese frosting. Cream Cheese Frosting 1 8 oz. cream cheese 1 cube butter 1 pound pkg. powdered sugar Beat until smooth.
