Marinate: Basil Oregano Lemon juice Glaze: ½c Maple Syrup 2 Cloves minced garlic 1 t Graded orange rind 1 t Honey mustard 1 t Prepared mustard Salt Pepper Take salmon fillets and sprinkle LIGHLY with basil, oregano & lemon juice. Cover with saran wrap and let marinate approximately 1 hour in refrigerator. Wrap salmon in foil and cook on barbeque until almost cooked (approximately 20 minutes). Take out of foil and place on grill to brown and baste with glaze the last 3-4 minutes.
