Great for a cold rainy day with grilled cheese sandwiches


1 lb stew meat 1 package of soup vegetables 1 onion can of tomato soup juice Cover beef (salted and peppered) with water in large pan. Bring to a boil. Simmer for several hours. Add soup vegetables and chopped onion. Cook until tender. Add enough tomato juice to taste. Then simmer until ready to serve. My family loves this,. Especially the second day.
