Great way to avoid last minute mashing potatoes at holiday dinners. Hold its consistency real well.


4 lbs potatoes (about 12 med.) 1 8oz cream cheese 1 cup sour cream 2 t. salt 1/8 t. pepper 2 t. butter boil potatoes, beat. add sour cream and cream cheese, salt and pepper. Blend together Put in baking dish dot w/ butter bake at 350 degrees. serves 8 to 10
