This is ONE of the must haves at every holiday meal. It has become one of our traditional parts of every holiday dinner. In fact, I don't even measure anything anymore, it always turns out good
4 cups steamed carrots (I double all of these ingredients) 4 strips bacon (fried and crumbled) I use almost a pound, we like bacon. 1 T. onion, chopped 3 T. butter, melted 3 T. brown sugar 1/2 t. salt 1/8 t. pepper 1 t. dried parsley Mix the butter with the seasonings and pour over the carrots, bacon and onions. Bake covered 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
