Pork Roast 1/2 cup dry sherry ( It was recommended to use sherry from liquor store for quality flavor.) 1/2 cup soy sauce 3 cloves minced garlic 1 T dry mustard 1 t. ground ginger 1 t. dried thyme, crushed Mix together. Marinate 2 hours in large zip lock bag turning every 20 to 30 minutes. Bake 325 degrees for 2 to 3 hours or until meat thermometer temp reaches 165 to 170 degrees. Baste with marinade last hour.
