Family Favorite Favorite family birthday party dinner or potluck Always a big hit This can be frozen unbaked for about 2 months

1/2 Pkg (8oz) Wide Lasagna Noodles, boil 10 minutes. 1 pound lean hamburger 1/2 cup onion, chopped 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped 2 1/2 cup or 12 oz. favorite salsa 1 can (7 oz) whole kernal corn, drained 1 t. chili powder small can diced chilis (optional) 1 cup. ricotta or cream style cottage cheese 2 seperated cups shredded cheddar cheese, (I've used shredded Mexican blended cheese) 1 can (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced olives, drained Sour Cream Heat Oven to 375 degrees Prepare noodles per packaged directions. Brown hamberger, onion and green pepper, and opt. diced chilis, drain. Return to skillet, add salsa, corn and chili powder. Seperate bowl, blend ricotta/or cottage cheese with 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese In 13 x 9 baking dish layer: 1/3 meat sauce 1/2 lasagna noodles 1/2 of combined cheeses Repeat ending with the last 1/3 of the meat sauce. Sprinkle the meat sauce on the top with 1 cup of chedder cheese and olives. Cover with foil and Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with sour cream.
