This pleases all the guys My mother passed this on to us. We have it every Christmas eve with the whole extended family.

5 lbs potatoes peeled and boiled til almost done 8 eggs boiled and chopped Jar of Hellman's mayonnaise Parmesan Cheese Small jar of sliced olives (may add onions) salt and pepper Mix together all ingredients. Use lots of mayo and parmesan to your taste.
