This is my navy son's favorite
recipe:
1 large and one small can salmon 1-2 eggs 1 tbl minced onion Salt and pepper to taste cornmeal flour Debone salmon. Put in bowl and mix with eggs and onion. Salt and pepper. Mix cup of cornmeal and 1/4 cup flour . Make salmon into patties. Roll in cornmeal mixture. Fry in Wesson oil until brown. This doesn't take long and my family loves it.
