1 cup of sugar 1/4 cup of flour 5-6 tablespoons Hershey's cocoa 2 cups milk 3 eggs separated 1 t vanilla 1 tbl. oleo one prepared pie shell Mix sugar, flour and cocoa in saucepan. Gradually add milk. Stir until mixture begins to boil and thicken. Pour some of the hot liquid into stirred egg yolks. Then return to pot and cook a few minutes more to cook the eggs. Add 1 tb. oleo. Cool, then pour into prepared pie shell. Whip egg whites until frothy. Add 5-6 tablespoons sugar. Whip until stiff. Spoon over cooled filling. Cook at 350 until brown.
