recipe:

1 cup bread crumbs 1/3 cup milk 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 lb. ground chuck 1 egg 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/3 whole nutmeg, grated Brown meat balls in oleo; remove from skillet. Make gravy in same skillet. 2tbl. oleo 2 tsp. flour 1c flour 1 c hot water 1 beef bouillion cube 1/2 cup milk 1/2 light cream Put meatballs back into gravy and cook for about 20 mins. serve over rice.
