Put apple and onion in cavity of the duck Crisscross bacon on breasts. Put in pan. Cover with 1 can boullion, 1 can red cooking wine. Cook 2 hours at 325 degrees, basting every so often. Let cool. Strip meat off bones and soak in gravy before serving
