6 chicken breasts 1/2 cup onion 1/2 cup Bell Pepper 1 small can pet milk 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 small can Rotel tomatoes 1 can Cream of Chicken soup 2 cups Velveeta cheese !/2 c mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup cheddar cheese 2 cans green giant mushrooms 1/3 c parmesan cheese 1/2 stick oleo Saute onions and peppers in oleo until transparent Add Rotel Tomatoes and cook 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add mushroom and chicken soup and milk. Add muxhrooms. When well mixed add chicken, cut in bite sized pieces. Step 2- Boil 1/2 lb. Italian spaghetti . Drain well and put 1/2 in casserole dish. Put layer of spaghetti. Repeat leaving enough cheese to cover top. Bake 350 oven til bubbly.
