I'm not sure where I got this recipe but it is incredibley delicious and another way to use skirt steak other than fajitas. You don't have to burn the meat either, the marinate cooks it also.


2 lbs Beef skirt steak Marinate: 1/2 cup soya sauce 1/4 cup rice vinegar 1/3 cup scallions 2 Tbs sugar 2 Tbs minced garlic 2 Tbs grated fresh ginger root 1 Tbs sesame oil 1 1/2 tsp asian chili sauce 3 Tbs canola oil Grill the beef and slice in thin strips. Add the marinate and let it sit for about an hour. Delicious over rice or by itself with a side salad.
