This is great to take to a party

recipe:

18 large mushroom caps- stems removed and saved 4 Tablespoons butter 1/2 teasppon garlic salt 2 tablespoons of olive oil 1/4 cup scallions finely chopped 1/3 cup italian breadcrumbs 1/4 cup of deli ham chopped 1/4 cup of chopped mushroom stems 3 Tablesppons grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoons of fresh chopped parsley oregano to taste salt and pepper 2 tablespoonds red wine Melt 2 Tbs of the butter and add the garlic salt. Brush the mushroom caps with the butter and garlic. In a pan add the remaining butter and oil. Add scallions and remaining ingredients until well mixed. Stuff the mushroom caps with the mixture and bake at 350 - 15-20 minutes
