Yummy for a party appetizer or combine with a great salad for and a bottle of wine for a nice dinner.

Preheat oven to 400 Gather: 1/2 of a Pkg. Puffed Pastry Sheets -defrosted 1 6in round Brie (remove white skin from the top w/ a knife) 1/2 cup black olives 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves 1 clove garlic 1 tblsp olive oil 1/2 cup packed spinach leaves Note: for a party: accompany with crackers, fresh italian banquette, and fruit for me: I just like to slice and eat the pastry Gooey and Good Then: ~carefully unfold pastry sheet and place on parchment covered cookie sheet ~Place Brie in center of pastry and crimp the edges of pastry together to form a lip around the edge of the Brie. ~Combine remaining ingredients in a food processor until finely chopped ~Spread the mixture on top of Brie ~Bake 15 minutes or until pastry is golden. ~Serve, Enjoy!
