2/3 cup sliced carrot 1/2 cup diced onion 2 minced garlic cloves 3 cups broth (beef, chicken, or vegetable) 1.5 cup diced green cabbage 1/2 cup green beens 1 tablespoon tomato paste 1/2 teaspoon basil 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon oregano 1/2 cup diced zucchini large saucepan sprayed with non stick cooking spray sautee carrots, onion, and garlic cloves over low heat for about 5 minutes add broth, cabbage, beans, tomato paste, and spices boil cover and simmer for 15 minutes stir in zucchini and cook for 5 minutes
