2 cans mushrooms soup 1 cup water 1 lb ground beef 1/4 cup bread crumbs 2 tablespoons minced onion 1 tablespoon parsley 1 egg (beaten) shortening mix soup and water set aside combine 1/2 cup of soup mixture with all ingredients except shortening. shape into meatballs brown in shortening put meatballs in a casserole and cover with soup mixture bake covered at 350 for 1/2 hour
