Got this recipe from Nora Corsello


1 box croutons 10 - 12 eggs (depending on taste) 1 bulk Jimmy Dean sausage (or other pork sausage) 1 can - cream of mushroom soup 1/2 can - milk med. size bag of cheddar cheese salt and pepper to taste Empty box of croutons into bottom of 9x13 pan. Brown sausage and let cool. Beat eggs, mushroom soup, milk, salt and pepper Layer sausage on top of croutons Pour egg mixture on top of sausage and cheese on top of egg mixture Let sit overnight in refrigerator Next day, bake at 350 for 1 hour.
