2 lbs. frozen hash browns 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter or margarine melted 1 tsp. salt pinch pepper 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese 2 cups crusshed corn flakes Paprika Preheat oven to 325 Combine potatoes, 1/2 cup butter, salt, pepper, onion, soup and cheese. Pour into casserole dish and drizzle with remaining melted butter. Bake for 1 hour.
