This is from Williams-Sonoma. Easy to prepare, and impressive as a first course for a dinner party. Extra good with sparkling wine.
1 lb. very good quality tuna filet, cut into 1/4 inch dice 1/4 cup minced red onion 2 tablespoons minced jalapeno chili 2 tablespoons minced green onion 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest 1/4 cup olive oil 3 tablespoons sesame oil kosher salt and ground pepper 1 lemon, quartered 1. In bowl, combine all ingredients except lemon quarters. Don't be shy with salt and pepper. 2. Mound tuna mixture on individual plates and serve with lemon wedges. 3. I usually serve this with some thin, fancy-ish crackers.
