1pound ground chuck 80% 20% 1 pound outside skirt steak 2 pounds beef short ribs with bones ask the butcher to ground the skirt steak and beef short ribs 3 tablespoons of worcestershire 1 tablespoon garlic power 1 tablespoon onion powder 1/2 tablespoon paprika dash of salt and pepper 1 tablespoon red wine 1/2 tablespoon ground thyme Instructions: Mix all the meat together in a large bowl. Add the worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, red wine, and ground thyme. Mix really well. Make them into whatever size patty you would like. Put them on the grill and add worcestershire on both sides.
