She cooked the potatoes in a pressure cooker (5 cups diced raw potatoes, on rack, at 15 lbs. pressure for 4 minutes, with 1 cup water and 1 t. salt. Cooled at once.

recipe:

5 cups diced raw potatoes, cooked Dressing: 1 c. salad mayonnaise or miracle whip 2 T. milk 1 t. Durkee's dressing 1/4 t. celery salt 1 t. salt 3 hard-cooked eggs, cut up 1/4 cup finely minced onion 1/4 cup finely minced celery Mix it all together.
