This is more trouble than opening a can of sauce, but it's tastier.
1 and 1/2 pound ground beef 1 onion, chopped 1 and 1/2 t. salt 1/8 t. pepper 3 t. flour 1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce 1 cup Catsup 1 and 1/4 cup water 8 buns Cook beef, onion, alt and pepper until meat loses the red color. Blend in flour, Worcestershire sauce, catsup, and water. Simmer 20 minutes, or until thick, stirring frequently.
