Curried Vegetable Dip

1/2 C sour cream 1/4 C mayo 3 oz. Cream cheese at room temperature 1tsp. Fresh lemon juice 1 tsp. Curry 1/2 tsp. Ground cumin 1/2 tsp. Salt 1/4 tsp. Tumeric 1/2 C finely chopped celery 1/3 C finely chopped peeled & seeded cucumber 1 scallion, trimmed and finely chopped Whisk together all. Ingredients EXCEPT celery, cucumber and scallion until smooth, then stir in vegetables Dip can be made 2 days in advance, chilled and covered
