Put following ingredients in 2-cup jar and shake well: 1 tsp dry mustard 1 tsp salt 1 T sugar 3-4 garlic, chopped or pressed 1/4 c white wine vinegar 1 C safflower or canola oil I finely chop the garlic and then make a paste out of it by sprinkling the salt on top and taking the flat side of the knife blade and pressing it into the garlic until the garlic turns "paste-y"
