Szechwan-Style Chicken

1 lb. skinless boneless chicken breasts 1 6oz. pkg. frozen pea pods 1/3 c teriyaki sauce 3 Tbsp. Szechwan spicy stir-fry sauce 2 tsp. cornstarch 1 large onion, chopped 3 cups chopped bok choy 2 to 3 Tbsp. cooking oil 1 cup broccoli flowerets 1 res sweet pepper, cut into strips 1 7 oz jar whole straw mushrooms, drained 1 14 oz. can whole baby sweet corn, drained and halved Cut chicken into strips. Thaw pea pods. Combine teriyaki and stir-fry sauces and cornstarch; set aside. In a wok stir-fry onion and bok choy in 1 tablespoon hot oil for 2 minutes. Add broccoli and red pepper; stir fry 2 minutes. Remove from wok. Stir-fry chicken Half at a time, in 1 tablespoon oil for 2 minutes. Add more oil, if necessary. Return all chicken to wok. Stir sauce mixture; add to wok. Cook till bubbly. Add all vegetables; heat through. Serve over hot rice, if desired.
