Weight Watchers recipe- 1cup = 3 points

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 5 fat free flour tortillas 2 cans low sodium chicken broth 1 can water 1/2 can evap. skim milk 2 low sodium chicken bouillon cubes 1 can healthy request cream of chicken soup black pepper to taste the following not in original recipe but I added them 1 cup sliced carrots 1 large onion chopped 1 cup celery Boil chicken and vegetables (if using them) in chicken broth and water until tender. Remove the meat and veggies from the broth and reserve the broth. Add bouillon cubes to the broth and bring to a rolling boil. Tear tortillas into pieces for dumplings and shred chicken. Drop tortilla pieces into broth and cook at rolling boil for about 5 minutes. Add evaporated skim milk, chicken, veggies (if using) and black pepper. Cover and simmer until thick as you like it.
