16 oz. bag frozen cauliflower 16 oz. bag frozen broccoli 10 oz. bag carrots, sliced 7 c. water 7 chicken boullion cubes 1# Light Velveeta cheese Simmer all but cheese for 45 minutes. Cube cheese. Stir until melted. It's even better if it sits a day.
